Please follow the 3-step process to register, pay and confirm your place at Wild Shots:
1. Fill in the online registration form below. Every person who wishes to purchase and confirm a seat at the next event must be registered using this form. Even if you have registered and attended previous Wild Shots events, it is necessary to re-register each year for your seat to be confirmed at the upcoming event.
2. Press 'Submit Registration Form' to generate your invoice. The invoice will appear on your computer screen. You can press 'print' if you need a hard copy for your records
3. Make the relevant payment as per your invoice via EFT. Please ensure that you use the following reference: “your surname+invoice number“. For example: Smith78. If you do not use this reference code, we will not be able to match your payment to your name. Please note: All bank charges are for your own account. There is a R250 charge for clearing funds from an overseas account outside of South Africa. We do not accept credit card, cheque or cash payments. Don't forget to send a copy of your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have registered, you will have 14 days to settle the invoice in full. If no payment is received in this period, your registration will automatically be cancelled and your seat opened up for the delegate waiting list.
